We are saddened to hear of this fatal motorcycle crash in Ocala and our condolences go out to the family of David J. Buchanan. A fatal crash is reported in Florida about once every three hours. Statistically, there are more fatal motorcycle crashes than any other type of vehicle. Motorcycles, while enjoyed by many, offer little protection in a crash with larger vehicles. Motorcycle riders are at risk of death or serious injury any time they are involved in an accident.
