Motorcycle crashes are some of the most deadly accidents that we encounter. In 2015, there were over 600 reported motorcycle fatalities in the State of Florida. A close examination of the accident scene is required in order to determine who is at fault in a Florida motorcycle accident case. If a motorcyclist is hurt through no fault of their own, they possess the right to bring a claim against the other driver for injuries sustained in the motorcycle crash.
