Our thoughts are with those who were hurt in this crash in Orange County.
Car accidents take place suddenly and unexpectedly. Florida is one of the most dangerous states in the nation for motorists, with approximately 400,000 accidents reported every year. Even the most cautious drivers can be placed at risk of injury in a matter of seconds due to the actions of a negligent driver. A car accident can result in serious injuries, complicated and expensive medical treatment, and months or years of recovery.
If you have been injured in a crash that was not your fault, you are entitled to compensation. Under Florida personal injury law, the negligent driver could have to reimburse you for your damages, including medical expenses, pain and suffering, and lost wages. At Rubenstein Law, our Florida car accident lawyers are here to assist you in obtaining the full value for your claims.
