Our warmest thoughts and sincerest sympathies go out to the family who lost their loved one in this motorcycle accident.
Motorcycles are a dangerous mode of transportation. Approximately 14% of all traffic-related fatalities take place on motorcycles. This is a large number when you consider that only 3% of all registered vehicles are motorcycles. The odds of being in a serious or fatal motorcycle crash are much greater when compared to a crash involving a typical passenger vehicle.
When you have been hurt in a Florida motorcycle accident, you may have legal rights. If the driver that hit you was at fault for causing the crash, you can seek compensation including payment of your medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering caused by the crash.
The Florida motorcycle accident attorneys at Rubenstein Law understand how serious motorcycle accidents can be. We are prepared to fight for you and help you receive the compensation you deserve following these events. For a free consultation, please contact us at 1-800 FL-Legal.
