A fatal crash takes place about every three hours in Florida. Our condolences go out to the family of Juan Caraballo in this truly tragic Orange County accident.
Sometimes the moments after an accident can be just as dangerous and deadly as the crash itself. Drivers who are involved in crashes on busy roads are in danger when they step out of their vehicles and precautions should always be taken when exiting a vehicle into areas of high traffic. This is especially true at night or early morning where visibility is reduced.
Police will continue to investigate this accident to determine whether Hadden should be held legally responsible. If so, Caraballo's family may have the right to bring a wrongful death claim associated with this incident.
