We are saddened to hear of this horrific crash in Orange County. Car accidents are reported about every 92 seconds in Florida. Sadly, many victims of fatal crashes are innocent and had nothing to do with the cause of the crash itself. This applies both to other motorists as well as passengers who are victimized by a driver's negligence. In this case, it appears as though the driver will be held legally responsible for the collision.
