Orlando, FL (October 7, 2019) - Officials responded to the scene of a fatal crash on the Florida Turnpike on Monday, October 7th. The accident took place around 6:45 a.m.
Officials report that 40-year-old Timothy Toddy was driving a 2012 Hyundai when he lost control of his vehicle. Toddy's Hyundai then collided with a dump truck and a Ford SUV. The SUV then collided with a Toyota Camry. Toddy was killed in the crash while a 16-year-old girl in the Camry suffered critical injuries and an 11-year-old girl in the Hyundai sustained non-life-threatening injuries. No one else involved in the accident sustained injuries.
An investigation is ongoing at this time.
