Orlando, FL (July 9, 2019) - A man riding a dirt bike died after being struck by a car in Orlando. The crash happened on Sunday, July 8th.
According to police reports, 37-year-old George Otero was driving a Kawasaki dirt bike northbound on Narcoossee Road near Eagle Creek Court. Otero attempted to turn left when he was struck by a 2007 Ford four-door vehicle. The driver of the car, a 65-year-old St. Cloud man, was not hurt in the crash. Otero was taken to Osceola Regional Medical Center, where he died.
The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating the crash. No additional details have been given at this time.
