Serious and fatal car accidents take place each and every day on Florida's roadways. Sadly, this results in the loss of innocent lives. Last year in our state, fatal Florida car accidents claimed the lives of more than 3,000 people. Many of these crashes would have been entirely preventable if drivers had used ordinary care and caution while traveling.
