Reportable accidents take place across our state approximately every 92 seconds. When a crash occurs, the police must thoroughly investigate the accident to determine the cause. Officers will take measurements at the scene, consider witness statements and survey the physical damage to the vehicles in order to determine which driver should be held responsible. Unfortunately, negligent drivers are prevalent in Florida and their actions negatively impact the lives of innocent motorists each day.
