A reportable car accident takes place in Florida approximately once every 92 seconds. While we often think of crashes as occurring on the roadways, in some instances they can take place off of the road in places we would not expect. Victims who are hurt in crashes such as this one would have similar legal rights as other accident victims, depending upon the circumstances surrounding the event itself.
We would like to offer our thoughts and best wishes to those who were hurt in this incident in Palmetto Bay.
