Palmetto, FL (June 23, 2021) - A fatal car accident was reported in Palmetto on Wednesday, June 23rd. The crash took place on 21st Street West at the intersection with 8th Avenue.
According to reports, one person was killed and another was taken to a hospital for treatment of serious injures. It is not clear what caused the crash to occur and the victims have not been identified at this time. The road was closed following the accident and motorists were advised to find alternate routes of travel. There is no word on whether any charges are expected to be filed.
