Pasco County, FL (October 25, 2019) - A 21-year-old motorcyclist was critically hurt in a crash with a hit-and-run driver in Pasco County. The crash took place on Wednesday, October 23rd in Pasco County.
According to reports, Jason Edward Guindon was riding a 2005 Suzuki motorcycle and was stopped eastbound on Schrader Boulevard around 7:10 p.m. At the same time, a car was traveling northbound on Little Road. The driver attempted to make a left turn at the intersection with Schrader and collided with the motorcycle. The driver fled the scene following the crash. When rescue workers arrived, they located Guindon suffering from serious injuries. He was rushed to Regional Medical Center at Bayonet Point.
The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating the crash and looking for the unknown driver. Anyone with information is asked to call FHP at (813) 558-1800 or Crime Stoppers at 800-873-TIPS.
