Pembroke Pines, FL (August 10, 2019) - A crash involving a police officer took place in Pembroke Pines on Saturday, August 10th. The accident occurred at the intersection of Sheridan Street and 136th Avenue.
Witnesses saw the officer being pulled from beneath a vehicle at the scene. A witness named Julie Sanchez says that she saw people on the scene performing CPR and chest compressions on the officer. Fire rescue workers rushed the unidentified officer to Memorial Regional Hospital. There is no word on his condition at this time. Authorities have also not released any information on the cause of the crash.
