Pensacola, FL (November 9, 2018) - A bicyclist is dead following a crash on Pensacola on Thursday, November 8th. The crash took place around 5:45 pm on Industrial Court near North W Street.
The Florida Highway Patrol responded to the crash scene and began an investigation. Upon arrival, troopers learned that a vehicle struck a person riding a bicycle. The bicyclist suffered critical injuries in the crash and was later pronounced dead. Limited details were available. Police did not identify the bicyclist or the vehicle driver and offered no information on the events leading up to the crash.
The investigation remains ongoing at this time and it is unclear whether any charges will be issued.
