Injury crashes happen frequently in Florida. According to statistics, about 400,000 traffic accidents will occur in Florida this year. A car accident happens suddenly and without warning. In most cases, the crash is not preventable from the standpoint of the innocent victim or victims. The reality is that almost every crash is caused by driver negligence. The negligent driver is normally able to prevent the crash but they simply fail to take steps to do so.
