Pinellas County, FL (November 21, 2019) - A woman was killed in a pedestrian crash in Pinellas County. The crash occurred around 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 20th.
Authorities responded to the scene at the intersection of Ulmerton Road and 34th Street. There, officers say that a female pedestrian was walking in the roadway when she was struck by a vehicle. The woman was rushed to Bayfront Medical Center where she was later pronounced dead. She has not been identified at this time pending next-of-kin notification. There is no word on whether anyone else was hurt in the crash.
An investigation is underway by the Florida Highway Patrol.
