Hit-and-run accidents in Florida can lead to serious and catastrophic injuries for victims. Last year in Florida, hit-and-run crashes accounted for about 25% of all reported accidents in our state with many of the collisions leading to death and serious injuries. Often, innocent victims will be affected by these crashes as a result of a negligent driver's actions.
Our condolences are with the victim's family during this difficult time.
