Putnam County, FL (October 20, 2019) - The Florida Highway Patrol responded to the scene of a hit-and-run collision in Putnam County. The crash took place just before 2:00 p.m. on Poplar Drive near the intersection with County Road 315.
When troopers responded to the crash scene, they found at least one person injured as a result of the collision. One of the motorists involved in the accident was injured. There is no word on the extent of the injuries at this time. Authorities did not release any details regarding the circumstances leading up to the crash or a description of the hit-and-run vehicle.
An investigation is ongoing at this time.
