Putnam County, FL (November 10, 2019) - A woman was killed in a hit-and-run crash in Putnam County on Saturday, November 9th. The crash took place around 10:00 p.m. on Coral Farms Road near Thornton Lane.
Police say that an unidentified 74-year-old woman was traveling northbound on Coral Farms when her car was struck from behind by another driver. The woman was pronounced dead at the crash scene. Her passenger, 30-year-old Joshua Williams, was taken to UF Health Shands for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. Police are still investigating the crash and have not released any information on the suspect.
