Deadly traffic accidents in Florida are reported multiple times per day in Florida. Approximately 3,000 people are killed annually in crashes on Florida's roadways. Many of these victims will be killed because of the negligence of other drivers. Some common acts of negligent driving include distracted driving, impaired driving, reckless driving, and failing to yield the right of way to other drivers. Each crash must be carefully investigated to determine which driver was responsible.
