Pedestrian accidents in Florida take place each day, multiple times per day. Unfortunately, fatal accidents also take place daily. In fact, deadly pedestrian crashes are reported about twice per day throughout our state. When a pedestrian crash occurs, serious injuries are likely to follow. Pedestrians are extremely vulnerable to death or serious injury when they are struck by vehicles. Negligent drivers are responsible for a large number of these crashes and victims can be entitled to compensation when they have been involved in a Florida pedestrian accident.
Our thoughts and condolences are with the family of Mary Allyson Kelly as they go through this difficult time.
