Fatal car accidents in Florida occur about eight times per day. Unfortunately, many of these accidents will often claim the lives of innocent victims. A single instant of driver distraction is all that is needed to cause a catastrophic crash to occur. Police will continue to investigate this crash to determine if charges are warranted.
