Sarasota, FL (August 6, 2019) - A crash on I-75 in Hillsborough County left one person dead and seven others injured on Monday, August 5th. The crash took place around 2:30 p.m. in the southbound lanes of I-75.
According to reports, 74-year-old Daniel Regan collided with another vehicle in slow traffic. The crash resulted in the death of 46-year-old David Garcia. A 2-month-old infant in Garcia's vehicle also suffered critical injuries in the crash. The Florida Highway Patrol investigated the collision.
Charges are pending at this time.
