Bicycling is an activity that many Floridians enjoy. Whether riding a bicycle for exercise or simply for fun, bicycle riding is very popular in our state. Despite its popularity, bicycling can also be dangerous and can place the rider at risk of death or serious injury in the event of an accident.
Each bicycle crash must be closely examined to determine how it occurred and who is at fault. In cases where a bicyclist is struck by a negligent driver, the injured bicyclist will have a personal injury claim against the driver.
