St. Augustine Beach, FL (February 18, 2021) - A pedestrian was killed in a crash that took place on Thursday in St. Augustine Beach. The accident happened on State Road A1A near Dondanville Road.
According to troopers with the Florida Highway Patrol, an unidentified female pedestrian was crossing the street at a crosswalk when she was hit by a utility truck. The driver of the truck failed to see the pedestrian prior to the crash. The driver remained at the scene and spoke with authorities. The pedestrian died at the crash scene. The Florida Highway Patrol responded to the accident and is investigating at this time.
