St. Lucie County, FL (April 11, 2019) - Authorities responded to a crash along Florida's Turnpike on Thursday, April 11th.
The crash, which took place in the right-hand lane on the northbound side of the highway, occurred around 12:25 p.m. At that time, rescue workers responded to mile marker 158, near Yeehaw Junction. The crash blocked the right-hand lane, causing traffic to back up near the accident site. Injuries were reported in the crash, although the exact nature and extent of the injuries remains unclear. There is no word on what caused the crash to take place.
