Sunrise, FL (October 11, 2019) - Two people lost their lives and another person was hurt in a crash that took place in Sunrise. The crash happened around 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 10th.
The Sunrise Police Department and Fire Rescue units responded to the crash scene at the intersection of Nob Hill Road and Sunset Lakes Boulevard. Authorities pronounced two of the victims dead at the crash scene. One person suffered injuries but was not taken to a hospital. There is no information on what caused the accident to occur and the identity of the victims has not been released at this time.
The roadway remained closed while officers worked at the scene but have since reopened. No further details are available at this time.
