Tampa, FL (March 19, 2020) - A crash involving a HART bus left three people injured in Tampa. The crash took place on Thursday, March 19th.
Police responded to the scene at the intersection of North 40th Street and East MLK Jr. Boulevard. According to reports, three crash victims were taken to the hospital in unknown condition. There is no word on what caused the incident to occur. The southbound lanes of 40th Street were shut down while police remained at the crash scene. It was not immediately clear whether the injured victims were passengers on the bus or if another vehicle was involved.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing and no further information was available.
