Tampa, FL (January 7, 2020) - A 33-year-old woman from Brandon was killed in a crash on I-75 on Tuesday, January 7th. The crash took place near Fletcher Avenue around 10:15 a.m.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Aviance M. Torres Guzman was driving a Chevy pickup truck northbound on I-75 when she collided with the rear of a Ford box truck driven by 36-year-old Ivan A. Negron. Guzman suffered life-threatening injuries and was later pronounced dead. There is no word on whether Negron was hurt in the crash.
Troopers are still investigating at this time.
