A serious car accident can happen in an instant and the consequences can be life-changing. Head-on collisions cause some of the most severe and catastrophic damages that we see in our daily practice. The reasons for a driver traveling left of center are many, but typically include drowsiness, impairment, speeding or distraction. When a driver fails to maintain their lane, any drivers or passengers who are subsequently injured may bring a personal injury claim.
Our condolences go out to the family of Richard Draghi who lost his life in this fatal car accident. When you have been seriously injured in an accident, the team at Rubenstein Law is here has your back every step of the way. To speak with an attorney, give us a call at 1-800 FL-Legal.
