Tampa, FL (June 11, 2019) - A driver was hurt after being injured in a crash with a police car. The crash took place just before 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 11th.
Authorities responded to Sunset Road in response to the crash. The Florida Highway Patrol said the collision involved a Tampa Police Officer and a Honda Accord. The driver suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment. Police have not identified either the officer or the driver of the Accord.
The crash remains under investigation at this time.
