Fatal accidents in Florida occur about once every three hours. When a fatal crash takes place, we tend to think of cars and other similar vehicles. However, every year, Florida experiences fatal crashes involving scooters, moped, golf carts, ATVs, and other non-traditional types of vehicles. The same laws apply to these crashes as any other accident and negligent driving which results in a crash is still a violation of the law.
Our condolences are with the victim's family after this deadly crash in The Villages.
