Being hurt in a crash is one of the most stressful things that a person can experience. Your injuries may physically limit your activities. For example, if you liked to exercise before the crash, you may find yourself unable to physically do the same things you were able to do with ease prior to your accident. Even something as simple as sitting behind a desk can become painful if you suffer neck or back injuries in a car accident. Everyday activities no longer become routine and you are left to wonder if you will ever reach a complete recovery.
