This year in Florida there will be about 3,000 fatalities reported in traffic accidents across our state. A fatal crash is a truly devastating and heartbreaking experience for the family members who are forced to deal with the sudden loss of a loved one. This is especially true when the crash victim was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time. In these situations, the next-of-kin may have rights under Florida's wrongful death law.
Our condolences are with those affected by this tragic crash in Vero Beach.
