Volusia County, FL (December 31, 2020) - Two residents of Omro, Wisconsin have been identified by police as the victims of a fatal crash in Volusia County. The crash took place on Wednesday, December 30th along I-95.
According to an initial report, police were pursuing a carjacking suspect in Volusia County when the suspect entered Interstate 95, turned his lights off, and began traveling the wrong way down the highway. The suspect's vehicle collided head-on with another vehicle, killing two occupants inside that vehicle. The suspect also died in the crash. The two occupants of the other vehicle were identified as 21-year-old Domynick Mills, and 18-year-old Danycka Mills. Both lived in Omro, Wisconsin. Two juvenile passengers are currently in the hospital with serious injuries but are in stable condition. The suspect was driving on a revoked license at the time of the crash. His identity has not been released.
