Being involved in a personal injury crash is scary. From high medical costs to forced time off of work and painful injuries, your world can feel like it is crashing down after you have been involved in an accident. The good news is that you do not have to suffer alone.
Following an accident, you will likely be contacted by an insurance company representative seeking to offer you a quick settlement to resolve your claim. Such a settlement is almost never advisable. Initially, the offer may seem attractive. However, many people do not realize that they are giving up their rights to seek further compensation once they sign off on a settlement. This can be a serious mistake in cases of permanent or lingering injuries.
An experienced Florida personal injury attorney can help walk you through every stage of your case and ensure that you only settle for maximum value. At Rubenstein Law, we have recovered millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for innocent accident victims.
