When we think of traffic accidents, we typically think of cars, motorcycles, trucks and other vehicles. However, accidents involving trains do occur in Florida and are frequently very serious and deadly in nature. The issue of who is at-fault following a train crash can be very complicated and require a thorough investigation into the facts and circumstances surrounding the collision.
