About Me

I am a former Metro-Dade police sergeant who enjoyed an 11-year law enforcement career before pursuing my law degree. In 1989, I completed law school and passed the Florida bar. In 1998, I became a Board-certified civil trial lawyer, and three years later, I joined Rubenstein Law.

Expertise

As the Senior Trial Attorney, I concentrate my practice on catastrophic severe injury and wrongful death cases. I’ve settled and tried automobile, motorcycle, and trucking cases and product liability. I am fluent in Spanish and often assist the firm in representing our Hispanic American and Hispanic clients from South America, Central America, and the Caribbean. In 2015, I was honored to join ABOTA (American Board of Trial Advocates). ABOTA is a prestigious and selective national Trial Lawyer organization.
