About Me
I was born and raised in Miami, not far from the Rubenstein Law main office. After law school I practiced in Texas for over a decade. Since getting my law licenses in Florida and Texas, I have only represented people injured by the negligence of other citizens, insurance companies and businesses. I enjoy what I do, helping injured people and their families through an exceptionally difficult time. My hope is always for Rubenstein Law and myself to be the bright spot in that unfortunate time.
Oftentimes to get my clients what they deserve, a trial is needed. The insurance companies know who tries cases and who will accept their “best” offer. Thus in not accepting the last, “best” offer, I have led over 75 of my clients to a jury trial.
When I am not lawyering I spend as much time as possible with my family.
