About Me
I began my practice as a defense lawyer at the largest defense firm in Florida, where I was named partner. During this time, I represented individuals and companies accused of causing catastrophic injury and death due to automobile negligence, premises liability, product liability, and medical malpractice. This helped me gain invaluable insight into how large businesses and insurance companies attempt to defend and devalue legitimate claims. Following this, I transitioned into representing individuals significantly injured or killed due to the fault of another, including slip/trip and fall type incidents, motor vehicle collisions, as well as representing injured railroad workers covered under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act.
