About Me
Before moving to Florida for law school at Florida International University, I attended Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas where I studied Political Science. While in law school in Florida I volunteered at the Krome Detention Center helping to educate immigrant detainees about their legal rights. Outside of work I channel my love of animals into the Florida Bar Animal Law Committee. This committee addresses all issues concerning animals and the law including estate planning for companion animals, dangerous animals/reckless owner laws, compensation when an animal is injured and more.
