Our clients, a father and son, were stopped for traffic when they were rear-ended at a high rate of speed by a distracted driver of a dump truck. Both clients sustained serious injuries requiring the father to undergo a surgery to his shoulder. After a pre-suit settlement with the driver and filing a lawsuit against the client's UM carrier, in total, we were able to recover $1,375,000.00 for the father and son.
