My client was killed by a commercial delivery truck while attempting to flag down assistance after breaking down on the Florida Turnpike. Toxicology reports indicated my client had a narcotic substance in his system and was found to be at fault for the accident. We were able to find independent witnesses that refuted that initial finding of fault and ultimately hold the commercial truck liable for his death.
