On 7/12/21 our client was coming up the stairs of her apartment building. There was a little concrete platform that was deteriorated and has holes at the bottom.
As she placed her foot forward to step up on the platform step her left foot was wedged into one of the holes causing her to trip forward on her body and striking her head on a concrete wall.
