While shopping at a retail store, our client slipped and fell on water down an aisle of the store. As a result of her fall, our client aggravated a pre-existing injury to her neck resulting in her having to undergo a second neck surgery. Initially, the retail store denied all responsibility, however, throughout the discovery process we were able to prove that the liquid substance had been on the floor of the store for a significant period of timing, charging the store with constructive notice of this dangerous condition.
