Do not sign any release unless it says “PROPERTY DAMAGE ONLY RELEASE.” If you have any doubt if the property damage release is proper, send a copy of the document to our office so we can review it before you sign it. Once you sign a release, you will not be able to pursue any additional damages for property damage.
