I was born in New Jersey but established my residence in south Florida over the past twenty years.
I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Florida International University in 2009. In 2013, I earned my Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center. For the three years, I attended law school; I worked full-time as a lead law clerk at the commercial litigation firm, Garrity-Weiss, P.A., representing individuals and corporations in complex commercial litigation including franchise law, construction defect, and sophisticated real estate transaction disputes.
Upon my admission to the Florida Bar, I was appointed corporate counsel for the medical technology firm, Sentry Data Systems, Inc. As corporate counsel, I represented Sentry in the negotiations of Sentry’s commercial transactions and advised the corporation on HIPAA security and privacy compliance.
Prior to joining Rubenstein Law, I worked at the Shiner Law Group, P.A. representing the injured in catastrophic auto negligence, nursing home/assisted living abuse and neglect, slip/trip and fall, and medical malpractice cases.
I am a dedicated legal counselor and offer years of legal experience with a superior work ethic for the benefit of each of my clients.
